Utilizing this Mission Statement since 1998, The Eason Realty Group, Inc. has been a major contributor to the growth of new home construction and development in the Atlanta area. The company is owned by Nancy Eason and Michael Finn who have a combined thirty-four years of experience in Real Estate Marketing/Sales with emphasis on New Home Construction and Land Acquisition. As new home specialists, the company has been successful in the sales and marketing of the following communities:

Tiffany Lane, Tiffany Park, Christopher Robbins, Castlebrooke, Hudson Pond, Ashmore Hall, Tuscany Park, Jamestown Estates, Cypress Point, The Colonnade at Rex Mill, Gordon Combs Estates, Hembree Heights, Heritage Manor, Sumerlin Park, Paul Samuel Estates and Mountain Grove Estates. Future communities are planned for South Atlanta, Vinings, Intown Atlanta, North Fulton, Paulding, Henry, and Cherokee Counties.

Integrating a Smart Growth philosophy The Eason Realty Group has focused on Builder/Developer Project Consulting and Management, Land Acquisition and Development, Rezoning, Custom Home Design, Building, and Marketing/Sales Plans and Implementation. Members of both the Atlanta Home Builders Association and Sales & Marketing Council they bring many years of experience to any development project.

Both Nancy and Michael formed The Eason-Finn Realty Group with a long-range business plan of building a company with three vertical markets:

  (1) A Sales & Marketing Division managing onsite sales and marketing for Builder/Developers.
  (2) A Building Division that handles Project Management for our clients and also participates in the acquisition, building and ownership of selected development projects.
  (3) A Resale Division supporting Buyers and Sellers relating to all of their Real Estate Needs as they transition into their new home community.
